I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration at the guesthouse. It felt like stepping into a warm and inviting home. The common areas were beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and tasteful artwork. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide corridors, handrails, and easy access to all the facilities. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

I would have preferred a more attentive and helpful attitude from the staff. While the children working there were polite, they could have been more proactive in assisting senior guests to carry their luggage or providing recommendations for activities suitable for our age group.

The accommodation was an absolute dream - like paradise! The area was nice and quiet, providing a lovely resting area after our busy days in the city. It was conveniently well connected by car, with just a short 20-minute drive into the city. The staff and owner went above and beyond in terms of guest friendliness, helpfulness, and overall charm. I would rate this stay an 11/10 if I could! The calm atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and nice rooms were mind-blowing. The outside area was excellent, and the breakfast was super! The lounge area and honesty bar were jaw-dropping. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. It truly was the perfect guest house experience. Even though we only stayed for one night, we will definitely be going back. Sitting by the swimming pool and relaxing was a treat, and everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast was top-notch. The location, only a 10-minute drive or Uber to a nearby winery estate, was a big plus. We had a short two-night stay in early September, but Melody made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety to choose from. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

The Self Catering Garden Room at Paradiso Guesthouse was a cozy and relaxing retreat. The en suite spa bath was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Cape Town. The fully fitted kitchen and BBQ area were great for preparing our own meals and enjoying them on the covered patio. it felt like our own private oasis.

The shared DSTV in the room wasn't really our thing, but others might enjoy it.

The Paradiso accommodation was exceptional - large, comfortable rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast with indoor and outdoor dining options. They even arranged complimentary winery tickets for us. It truly felt like paradise.

Had a lovely Easter vacation! The breakfast and dinner were amazing with options for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to shopping and attractions. The pool was a definite highlight and the view was spectacular. We also enjoyed the guided tours with complimentary tickets and got to try some delicious wines.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. The room was also a bit smaller than we expected.

The room was very spacious and had a spa bathtub. We enjoyed the convenience of a location close to the expressway, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. the breakfast was hearty and well-prepared.

The soap dispensers in the bathroom seemed industrial and one of them was empty. the bedding was not suitable for winter weather.

The location is great if you're looking for somewhere outside the city centre. It's conveniently close to the expressway, which makes it easy to reach. there are nice garden seats where you can relax and even a beautiful pool to cool off. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds to rest in after a busy day.

Some facilities are not up to standard. the tumble dryer is not available, and the only option that the hotel offers is quite expensive.
